Dutch maker of MammaPrint, the 70-gene breast cancer test validated in the MINDACT trial.
Spun out of the Netherlands Cancer Institute, Agendia developed MammaPrint (FDA-cleared 2007, the first cleared multigene prognostic test) and the BluePrint molecular subtyping assay, and sponsored MINDACT with the EORTC. It also runs the FLEX registry collecting whole-transcriptome data on MammaPrint patients.
A 70-gene test that tells whether an early breast cancer is genomically low or high risk, used to decide who can skip chemotherapy.
