It randomised 123 patients with symptomatic disease not amenable to surgery, met its primary objective response endpoint at week 25 and improved active range of motion, pain, stiffness and function, leading to approval in February 2025. OnCo links it to sarcomas and tenosynovial giant cell tumour and to vimseltinib.
