It enrolled 216 patients, met its primary progression-free survival endpoint by blinded review with a very large effect, and led to FDA approval in September 2024, replacing durvalumab consolidation in EGFR-mutant stage III disease. OnCo links it to EGFR as a target and to osimertinib, and the result is consistent with ADAURA in showing a large EGFR inhibitor benefit after local therapy. Overall survival is immature, the trial has no independent replication, and whether indefinite osimertinib is needed or a fixed course would do is the open question.
