The phase 1/2 study (64 enrolled at six centres) reported an overall response rate of 73% in 51 evaluable patients. The company reports more than 600 patients treated across over 130 authorised centres, a 98% manufacturing success rate, about 20 days from apheresis to infusion and a WHO-certified GMP facility with capacity for 750 patients a year, expanding to 1,500.
