It randomised 899 patients with IPI 3 to 5 disease to tafasitamab plus lenalidomide with R-CHOP or placebo with R-CHOP and met its primary progression-free survival endpoint at two years after a median follow-up of 35.2 months, with overall survival immature and added haematological toxicity; a supplemental application was planned for the first half of 2026. OnCo links it to lymphoma, tafasitamab, lenalidomide and the IPI term.
