It randomised 302 patients to belantamab with pomalidomide and dexamethasone or bortezomib with the same partners and met its primary progression-free survival endpoint at twelve months with a favourable survival trend, supporting the 2025 US approval with pomalidomide and dexamethasone. OnCo links it to multiple myeloma, belantamab mafodotin and Sagar Lonial, and the result is concordant with DREAMM-7.
