It randomised 329 patients to brentuximab consolidation or placebo and met its primary progression-free survival endpoint with a large effect, while overall survival did not differ because of crossover, leading to approval in August 2015 as post-transplant consolidation. OnCo links it to Hodgkin lymphoma, autologous transplant and brentuximab vedotin.
