MicroOrganoSpheres (MOS) are microfluidic droplet-encapsulated 3D tumour models enabling automated functional drug testing. A 2026 JCO Precision Oncology study in 33 stage III/IV colorectal cancer patients tested feasibility of screening standard-of-care drugs in ≤14 days. Raised $70M Series A; DKFZ collaboration.
