## TL;DR

Ubamatamab (REGN4018) is Regeneron's investigational MUC16×CD3 bispecific antibody, in phase 1/2 and phase 2 trials for ovarian and endometrial cancer.

## Summary

Ubamatamab (REGN4018) is a bispecific antibody that binds MUC16 on tumour cells and CD3 on T cells and is designed to redirect T-cell killing towards MUC16-expressing cells. The first-in-human study NCT03564340 tests ubamatamab alone or with cemiplimab in recurrent ovarian cancer and other MUC16-positive cancers (phase 1/2); NCT06787612 is a multi-arm phase 2 platform study of ubamatamab combinations in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer; NCT04590326 combines it with the MUC16×CD28 costimulatory bispecific REGN5668; and NCT07154290 tests it with marlotamig in non-small-cell lung cancer. No results are recorded here; the registry entries and the cited abstracts are the sources.
