Tinengotinib, also known as TT-00420, is a multi-kinase inhibitor potent against the FGFR2 kinase-domain mutations that drive acquired resistance, and the FIRST-308 phase 3 trial, which compares it with physician's choice chemotherapy in FGFR-altered, FGFR-inhibitor-refractory cholangiocarcinoma, dosed its first US patient in 2025.
