## TL;DR

Regeneron makes Libtayo and has a large portfolio of CD3 bispecifics (odronextamab, linvoseltamab).

## Summary

Regeneron, based in Tarrytown, New York, and listed as REGN, makes Libtayo, or cemiplimab, and has a large portfolio of CD3 bispecific antibodies including odronextamab and linvoseltamab. Odronextamab targets CD20 by CD3 in lymphoma, linvoseltamab, a BCMA by CD3 bispecific, was approved in 2025 for myeloma, fianlimab is a LAG-3 antibody in a phase 3 with cemiplimab in first-line melanoma, and costimulatory bispecifics follow. OnCo links it to cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma and cervical cancer through the EMPOWER-Cervical 1 trial, to lymphoma pages, to MUC16 as a target and to Arsenal Biosciences. Whether costimulatory bispecifics can make T-cell engagers work in solid tumours is the open question its pipeline is built to answer. Cemiplimab has its own page.
