## Summary

RadioMedix, based in Houston, is developing AlphaMedix, or 212Pb-DOTAMTATE, with Orano Med, the first targeted alpha therapy to receive FDA Breakthrough designation. AlphaMedix met all primary efficacy endpoints in phase 2, with a 60 percent objective response rate in PRRT-naive gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumour patients reported at ESMO 2025, was licensed to Sanofi with Orano Med in 2024, and has its next trial planned for late 2026; the company marked twenty years at SNMMI 2026. OnCo links it to neuroendocrine tumours, to targeted alpha therapy and peptide receptor radionuclide therapy, to somatostatin receptor 2 as a target, and to Orano Med and Sanofi.
