## Summary

The Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness and Research Centre opened at Austin Health in Heidelberg, Melbourne, in 2012, and the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute (a La Trobe University school of cancer medicine) grew out of the Melbourne branch of the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, which produced landmark tumour immunology and antibody work under Andrew Scott and Jonathan Cebon. Its investigators have led international trials in gastrointestinal cancers, melanoma and glioma.
