## Summary

Onc.AI develops deep learning radiomics models trained on a large oncology real world dataset. Its Serial CT Response Score analyses sequential CT scans to assess response to immunotherapy in non small cell lung cancer earlier than RECIST based reads and received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation in February 2025. Products are Onclara IO, which predicts response and outcomes for metastatic lung cancer patients starting immunotherapy, and Onclara Evaluate for go or no go decisions in phase 1b and 2 trials; all remain investigational. Validation has been presented at AACR 2025 (with GSK) and ASCO 2025 and 2026 on Flatiron Health data. Onc.AI operates from the San Francisco Bay Area and Waterloo, Ontario.
