Bexobrutideg, or NX-5948, degrades both wild-type and inhibitor-resistant BTK and produced durable responses in relapsed or refractory CLL and small lymphocytic lymphoma, presented orally at EHA 2026; the 2026 plan includes the DAYBreak CLL-201 phase 2 and a confirmatory phase 3. OnCo links it to CLL and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, to protein degradation and glue discovery platforms, to Roche, and to bottlenecks on acquired resistance and undruggable drivers.
