## Summary

Karim Fizazi is Head of Medical Oncology at Gustave Roussy and Professor at Paris-Saclay, with links to Centre Oscar Lambret. His specialisms are prostate cancer, genitourinary oncology, hormone therapy and radioligand therapy. He is one of the most influential prostate cancer trialists of the past two decades, leading LATITUDE, the New England Journal of Medicine trial of abiraterone plus prednisone in high-risk metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer, and PEACE-1, the Lancet trial adding abiraterone to androgen deprivation therapy and docetaxel in de novo metastatic disease. He has also led studies of radium-223 and PSMA radioligands, and is linked to the ALSYMPCA trial. His publications are listed on PubMed.
