## Summary

NCI-designated since 1996, the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center serves Philadelphia and southern New Jersey through Jefferson Health's hospital network. Scott Waldman identified guanylyl cyclase C (GUCY2C) as a colorectal cancer antigen and has carried vaccines and CAR-T against it into trials.
