## Summary

Foresight CLARITY uses phased variants on single cfDNA fragments to reach parts-per-million sensitivity. A pooled JCO analysis showed end-of-therapy MRD outperforms PET/CT in large B-cell lymphoma; SHORTEN-ctDNA (Columbia) tests MRD-guided chemotherapy de-escalation; a Hodgkin lymphoma MRD-guided trial launched 2026.
