## Summary

Byoung Chul Cho is Professor in the Division of Medical Oncology and Director of the Yonsei Lung Cancer Center at Severance Hospital, Yonsei University, in Seoul. He co-led MARIPOSA, the trial in which amivantamab plus lazertinib beat osimertinib in previously untreated EGFR-mutated advanced non-small-cell lung cancer, and was a principal investigator for lazertinib from its phase 1 study onwards. He has also led numerous EGFR, MET and immunotherapy trials, and his publications include the MARIPOSA report on amivantamab plus lazertinib. He is a leading figure in Asian lung cancer drug development, with interests in EGFR-mutant disease and bispecific antibodies.
