BBOT listed on Nasdaq on 11 August 2025 through a business combination with Helix Acquisition Corp. II, a SPAC sponsored by affiliates of Cormorant Asset Management, with a 261 million US dollar PIPE and about 382 million US dollars in gross proceeds; it expected roughly 490 million US dollars in cash at closing.
