Sanofi and Blueprint announced a definitive agreement on 2 June 2025 at 129 US dollars per share in cash (about 9.1 billion US dollars equity value) plus a contingent value right of up to 6 US dollars per share; the tender offer expired on 17 July 2025 with about 70.9 percent of shares tendered and the merger closed shortly after. Blueprint's former Nasdaq ticker was BPMC.
