## Summary

Alphamab Oncology, based in Suzhou, founded in 2008 and listed in Hong Kong as 9966.HK, developed envafolimab, the first subcutaneous PD-L1 antibody approved anywhere, and the HER2 bispecific ADC JSKN003. Envafolimab, sold as Enweida, was approved in 2021; KN026, a HER2 biparatopic bispecific, is in phase 3 in gastric and breast cancer; and JSKN003 and JSKN033, a subcutaneous PD-L1 plus HER2 ADC combination, are in trials, all built on its single-domain antibody platform. OnCo links it to HER2 and PD-L1 as targets and to the envafolimab record. Whether subcutaneous dosing wins meaningful share in a class dominated by intravenous antibodies is the open question.
