## Summary

Allogene Therapeutics, based in South San Francisco and listed as ALLO, is the allogeneic CAR-T leader, with cema-cel, a CD19 CAR-T, positioned as MRD-guided first-line consolidation in lymphoma and ALLO-316, a CD70 CAR-T, showing responses in kidney cancer. Cema-cel received RMAT and Fast Track designations in July 2026 for MRD-positive large B-cell lymphoma after first-line therapy in the ALPHA3 trial, ALLO-316 gave a 31 percent confirmed response rate in CD70-high clear-cell renal cell carcinoma in the TRAVERSE trial in 2025.
